Major League Baseball Roadshow Returns to Canada with Stops in Calgary, Montreal and Vancouver
Major League Baseball International will take the MLB Roadshow to Canada for the second consecutive year with the event traveling to three provinces across the country. The MLB Roadshow debuted in Canada last year and has visited 13 countries on four continents including Australia, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
US takes gold, Canada wins silver at Pan Am Games
AJAX, Ontario – The Canadian Women’s National Team put up a valiant effort, returning to President’s Choice Pan Am Ball Park less than 15 hours after defeating Venezuela in a semi–final game, but in the end it wasn’t meant to be as the United States won the first ever women’s baseball Pan Am Games gold medal with an 11-3 win.

AJAX, Ontario- The Canadian Women’s baseball team picked up their second win of the Pan American Games after defeating Venezuela, 9-3 on a beautiful night for baseball at President’s Choice Pan Am Ball Park.

CANADA TO MEET UNITED STATES FOR PAN AM GOLD
AJAX, Ontario – Canada will get the opportunity to defend their Pan Am gold medal on home soil tomorrow night at President’s Choice Pan Am Ball Park against the United States in a rematch of the 2011 championship game.
